A note about your information.

When you sign up for the dispatch, we store your email address, the time you signed up, your consent, when you confirmed, and hashed tokens for your confirmation and unsubscribe links, in a private Cloudflare D1 database. We use it only to send you The Future is Yesterday.

Signing up sends one email: a link to confirm your address. Nothing else is sent unless you click it. Once you confirm, you get a welcome letter, then occasional essays. Email goes out through Cloudflare Email Service from [email protected].

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and supporting mail apps show a one-click unsubscribe button. Unsubscribing deletes your address from the database at once; you get one short note confirming it.

We do not sell subscriber information or use advertising trackers. Hosting request logs may be processed by Cloudflare for security and operation. A short-lived, salted hash of your network address is used to limit abusive signup attempts. The database is available only through authenticated Cloudflare administration.
